The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory SA ("Issuer") Informs, that on December 30th, 2011 signed an annex to the service and operational agreement from January 2nd, 2008 (duration of this agreement up to December 31st, 2011) with SYNTHOS DWORY 7 Sp. z o.o. S.K.A. - previously Synthos Dwory Sp. z o. o. ("Purchaser").  

Subject of the agreement is to provision to Purchaser, services in the current, urgent and emergency repair services (service) and service industries operating in the mechanical and electrical to the extent necessary to provide the required technical efficiency, productivity and security of all buildings, structures and production plants, which are owned or leased by the Purchaser.

The settlement of performed works is carried out on the basis of price-setting components: operating rate, overheads of  indirect costs and  profits, purchase price of materials and services - increased by the overheads costs of purchase.

Changed the term of the agreement, which will be in force from 1 January of 2012 for an indefinite period, by signing the annex, estimating that the value of benefits resulting from the above annex in next 5 years will amount to 57 500 000,00 zł + VAT.

The criterion of significant agreement results from the excess 10% of the Issuer’s capital.

Legal ground: § 5 sec. 1 p. 3 of Regulation of Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by law of a non-member country as equal.
