Subject: Choice of the auditor

The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. informs that on May 11th, 2010 the Issuer’s Supervisory Board, on the basis of § 22 p. 1 p. 4) of the Company’s Statute, chosen the entity authorized to audit single and consolidated financial statements of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. for year 2010 and to review semi-annual statement for 2010 for single and consolidated financial statements. DGA Audyt Sp. z o.o. with its registered Office in PoznaÅ„, ul. Towarowa 35, listed on National Board of Auditors (Krajowa Rada BiegÅ‚ych Rewidentów) under position no 380 was choosen as authorized entity.

DGA Audyt Sp. z o.o. with its registered Office in PoznaÅ„, cooperated with Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. Turing aquisition of shares in subsidiary entity ZE ZEN Sp. z o.o. („ZEN”). The scope of work delegated by the Issuer to DGA Audyt Sp. z o.o. included realization of transformation of financial statements of ZEN subsidiary company from prepared according to Act on Accounting to consistent with MSR/MSSF and realization of review of the Issuer’s pro forma financial statements as of 31.12.2008 and 30.09.2009 r. published in Chemoservis-Dwory S.A.’s prospectus. The Issuer’s Board informs additionally, that agreement with the above mentioned entity will be signed for period necessary for realization of semi-annual review and audit of single and consolidated financial statements together with oppinion and reports from conducted review and audit, but no longer than until April 30th, 2011.
