The Board of Chemoservis – Dwory S.A.  (“the Company”, “the Issuer”) informs that on February 11th, 2011 has been signed agreement with Synthos – Dwory Sp z o.o. after the conclusion which the total value of contracts entered into by the Issuer the contractor and his related entities is 5 294 837,28 PLN + VAT. The subject of the agreement are services/renovation works which Chemoservis – Dwory S.A. will perform for Synthos – Dwory Sp. z o.o. on renovation of the coal mill, dust fan and rotors. The agreement is conluded for an indefinite duration and salary evaluated in the 5-year period is  1 442 500,00 PLN + VAT. 
In relation to these transaction, the highest value  is  the agreement on January 19th, 2011 whose subject is the execution of works assembly industry under the project "Installation of the production of adhesives” the salary 2 600 000,00 zÅ‚ + VAT.

Total penalty in the agreement is 10% value contract fee.

Parties should reserved the opportunity to claim additional compensation in excess of penalty for delay to the amount of real damage.

The criterion of significant contract result from excess 10% of the Chemoservis – Dwory S.A. sales for the last four quarters of turnover.
