Subject: Report from activities of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A.’s Supervisory Board

The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory SpóÅ‚ka Akcyjna („the Issuer”) publishes text of Report from activities of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board for a period from 1.01.2009 to 31.12.2009 accepted by the Supervisory Board’s resolution no 21/2010/S.A. – in reference to draft resolution of the AGM about the abovementioned Report published today in the current report no 41/2010 on draft resolution for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders convened for June 17th, 2010.

Legal ground: §38 sec. 1 p. 3 of Regulation of Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by law of a non-member country as equal.
