Subject: Transaction on shares conducted by person with access to konfident information

According to art. 160 sec. 4 of Act from July 29th, 2005 on Trading of Financial Instruments, the Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Issuer”, „the Company”) publishes in attachment information received on May 20th, 2010 from obligated person, about transaction of sale of shares. Additionally the Company’s Board faires attention on the fact that this information was received from the member of the Company’s Supervisory Board who is also a member of the Board of entity that conducted transactions on the Issuer’s shares on May 18th, 2010.
