CHEMOSERVIS-DWORY S.A. („the Issuer”, „the Company”) informs that on May 26th, 2010 the Issuer’s Supervisory Board made resolution about appointment of Mr. Wojciech Mazur on function of President of the Board and CEO.
Information regarding qualifications and prior functions, together with description of professional experience of newly appointed President of the Board.

• Exploitation of devices, installations and networks on supervisory position in the scope of preparation to exam in front of commission granting qualification certificate allowing to engage in exploitation of gas, heating and steam networks.
• Manager’s Study organized by MiÄ™dzynarodowa Fundacja Rozwoju Rynku KapitaÅ‚owego i PrzeksztaÅ‚ceÅ„ WÅ‚asnoÅ›ciowych w Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej in the range of: legal system in economic activity, insolvency law, building of company’s strategy, negotiations and marketing.
• Aspects of running, listing and informational duties of Stock Exchange listed companies.
• Company on the capital market: pricing, merger, takeovers and capital gaining in private market.

Mr. Wojciech Mazur from April 2006 until now is liquidator of Biuro Projektów „Biprochem” Sp. z o.o. in liquidation, and this fact is not competitive at all to his function at Chemoservis-Dwory S.A..

According to given statement, Mr. Wojciech Mazur is not listed in Doubtfull Debtors Register run on basis of Act on National Court Registry.
