Subject: Transaction on shares conducted by person with access to confident information

According to art. 160 sec. 4 of Act from July 29th, 2005 about Trading on Financial Instruments, the Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Issuer”, „the Company”) publishes in attachment information received on June 4th, 2010 from obligated person, about transaction of sale of shares. In the same time the Company’s Board faires attention that information was received from the Company’s Supervisory Board Member, who is also a member of Supervisory Board of entity that conducted transactions on the Issuer’s shares on May 25th and May 31st, 2010.
