The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Company”) informs that on February 21st, 2011 has been signed annex to the agreement with Synthos – Dwory Sp. z o.o. The subject of the agreement includes: cleaning of apparatus, devices, installations, technological lines and pipelines.  Annex extended the deadline for the agreement to December 31st, 2011.

Estimated value of the revenue of the contract is about 5,9 million PLN.
The criterion of the significant contract result from excess 10% of the Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. sales for the last four quarters of turnover.
