Legal ground: Art. 160 sec. 4 Act on Public Offering – information about transactions conducted by person with access to confident information

According to art. 160 sec. 4 of Act from July 29th, 2005 on Trading on Financial Instruments, the Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Issuer”, „the Company”) publishes in attachment information received on June 7th, 2010 from obligated person, about transaction of sale of shares. In the same time the Company’s Board faires attention on the fact that this information was received from a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board who is also a board’s member of the board of entity that conducted transactions on the Issuer’s shares on June 2nd, 2010.
