Subject: Balance of possessed shares

The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. according to art. 70 sec. 1 of Act on Public Offering and on conditions of introduction of financial instruments to organized system of trading and on public companies (Dz. U. from year 2005, No 184, pos. 1539 with changes), informs that on June 8th, 2010 it received from PETRO Remont Sp. z o.o. notification in mode of art. 69 sec. 1 p. 2 of Act on Public Offering, that in consequence of transaction conducted on June 2nd, 2010 according to which 32 743 of Issuer’s shares were sold, PETRO Remont Sp. z o.o. share in total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders changed.

Before transaction of sale of shares PETRO Remont Sp. z o.o. possesed 13 606 102 of the Company’s shares, that was equal to 15,02 % in Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. share capital. These shares gave 13  606 102 votes at the Chemoservis-Dwory S.A.’s General Meeting of Shareholders. After transaction of sale of shares PETRO Remont Sp. z o.o. possess 13 573 359 of the Company’s shares, which is equal to 14,99 % in the Issuer’s share capital. This shares give 13 573 359 votes, which is equal to 14,99 % in the total number of shares at the General Meeting of Shareholders.
