(„the Issuer”, „the Company”) informs that due to end of term of current members of the Company’s Supervisory Board and expiry of mandates of: Mr Tomasz Mazur – Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Mr Zygfryd PÅ‚ochocki – Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Mr Andrzej GastoÅ‚ek – Secretary of the Supervisory Board, Mr Andrzej Rusek – Member of the Supervisory Board and Mr JanisÅ‚aw ZwoliÅ„ski – Member of the Supervisory Board, the Company’s Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on June 17th, 2010 appointed to the Supervisory Board for a new term members of the Issuer’s supervisory body, and the Supervisory Board – according to the Company Statute – chosen from its members:
