The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Issuer”) informs that it received from the subsidiary unit Zaklad Energetyczny ZEN Sp. z o.o. based in Dabrowa Gornicza information about signing on February 22nd, 2011 a contract for  “Expansion of methane fermentation system for IIIrd fermentation chamber, together with supporting infrastructures in Urban – Miejsko-PremysÅ‚owa Oczyszczalnia Åšcieków Sp. z o.o. (Urban and Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant)  in Oswiecim”

Parties of the contract are: Miejsko-PremysÅ‚owa Oczyszczalnia Åšcieków Sp. z o.o. (Urban and Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant)  based in  Oswiecim acting as Ordering and Consortium in following composition: Leader of the Consortium -  Zaklad Energetyczy ZEN Sp. z o.o. and company CHEMADEX Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw, acting as a Executor.

Execution time of the project has been fixed for the period 13 months from date of signing the contract.
Value of the order is acting as an Executor is 6.750.000,00 (say: six million seven hundred fifty thousand) PLN net + VAT.
The Total penalty is the 10% on the contract fee price.

Ordering has reserved the possibility of withdraw from the contract by written informing the Executor within 3 months after the beginning of cancellation conditions:
a) loss by the Ordering the fault the Executor financing for investment within Malopolska Regional Operational Programme for the years 2007-2013,
b)  if set by the Ordering “final date” will not be made “final inspection” of the investment

The criterion significant agreement result from excess 10% of the Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. sales for the last four quarters of turnover.
