Subject: Signing of letter of intent

The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Company”) pursuant to Art. 56 sec. 1 p. 2 of Act on Public Offering and on condition of introduction of financial instruments to organized system of trading and on public companies from July 29th, 2005 (Dz. U. no 184 pos. 1539 with further changes), informs that on July 5th, 2010 the Issuer’s Board, after receiving approval of Supervising Body, signed letter of intent containing notation about exclusiveness for holding negotiations about purchase of stack of shares of K-PROTOS, a.s. with its registered office in Kralupy nad Vltavou, Czech Republic by Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. According to notations of abovementioned letter, the exclusiveness period was defined for 90 days, until October 3rd, 2010.
