Subject: Significant value order for the subsidiary company
The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Issuer”) informs that on July 5th, 2010 it received information from subsidiary company ZakÅ‚ad Energetyczny ZEN SpóÅ‚ka z o.o. with its registered office in DÄ…browa Górnicza Al. J. PiÅ‚sudskiego 92 („ZE ZEN”), about receiving for realization order, which will effect in signing significant value contract, fulfilling conditions for the Issuer’s signigicant agreement, between ZE ZEN Sp. z o.o. and ArcelorMittal Poland S.A. as Ordering side. The abovementioned agreement includes renovation of roof and walls of defrosting facility at ArcelorMittal Poland S.A. Department in DÄ…browa Górnicza.
Remuneration (value of the order) of ZE ZEN Sp. z o.o. acting as Executor ammounts to PLN 5 480 000,00 net+VAT. Date of realization of task was described in order for October 29th, 2010.
Legal ground of this current report is § 5 sec. 1 p. 3 of Regulation of Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by law of a non-member country as equal (Dz. U. No 33 from year 2009 pos. 259).
