Subject: Change of date of publication of periodic report for first half of 2010

Acting on the basis of § 103 sec. 2 of Regulation of Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by law of a non-member country as equal (Dz. U. No 33 from year 2009 pos. 259), the Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. (the Company) informs that it decided to change the date of publication of periodic report for first half of 2010 from August 31st, 2010 to August 27th, 2010.
