Subject: Homogenous text of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A.’s statute
The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Company”, „the Issuer”) publishes information about receiving on August 30th, 2010 of decision of District Court for Kraków-ÅšródmieÅ›cie in Kraków, XII Economic Department of the National Court Register, case signature: KR.XII NS-REJ.KRS/009606/10/652, made on August 16th, 2010 about registration of changes in the Company statute, on the basis of Notary Act-Repertorium A no 1853/2010r. from June 17th, 2010 during the Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders. Change of Statute refers to resolution made on this Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders, about update of statute text in context of novelization of Trading Companies Code and Act on Trading on Financial Instruments, as well as it approves new subject of the Company’s business. Due to the above, the Issuer publishes in the attachment the homogenous text of the Company’s statute, with changes made upon decision of the Register Court.
