Subject: Conclusion of Annex to a significant agreement

The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Company”) informs that on September 1st, 2010 the Company signed with Synthos-Dwory Sp. z o.o. Annex no 3 to service-exploitation agreement, about supply of current repair (service) services to the Ordering side together with exploitation services in mechanic and electric branches. The annex updates price of valve regeneration and periodic conservation and reviews as well as preparation of cranes to periodic examination.

Due to the above, expected revenues from realization of this agreement are estimated to be 0,037 % lower in comparison to previously estimated value of remuneration. The estimated value of remuneration in 4-year period will amount to about PLN 41 859 587. The sides in the agreement stipulated possibility to claim fulfilling compensation on general rules of Civil Code up to the amount of suffered real damage.

Legal ground of this report is § 5 sec. 1 p. 3 of Regulation of Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by law of a non-member country as equal (Dz. U. No 33 from year 2009 pos. 259).
