Subject: Conclusion of significant agreements by subsidiary company
The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Issuer”) in connection with reports published by the Issuer on July 26th, 2010 (RB no 66/2010 and 67/2010) informs that on September 9th, 2010 it received from subsidiary company ZakÅ‚ad Energetyczny ZEN Sp. z o.o.(„the Company”), information that the Company concluded annexes to agreements to contracts with Synthos Sp. z o.o. 4 and Synthos Sp. z o.o. 5 with its registered offices in OÅ›wiÄ™cim for construction of cogeneration teams. The abovementioned annexes changed the form of agreements protection, adding corporate guarantee, given by corporate guarantor, accepted by the Ordering side, which means by Synthos Sp. z o.o.
Legal ground of this current report is § 5 sec. 1 p. 3 of Regulation of Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by law of a non-member country as equal (Dz. U. No 33 from year 2009 pos. 259).
