Subject: Conclusion of significant agreement by the subsidiary company
The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Issuer”) in connection to Current report no 64/2010 from July 5th, 2010 informs that on September 9th, 2010 it received from the subsidiary company ZakÅ‚ad Energetyczny ZEN Sp. z o.o.(„the Company”), information about signing by the Company of and agreement with ArcelorMittal Poland S.A., for execution of renovation of roof and walls of defrosting rooms in DÄ…browa Górnicza. As a complement of report from July 2010, the Company informs that the maximum value of stipulated penalties from any title amounts to 10% of net value of remuneration from the agreement. The Executor gave to the Ordering side 36 months guarantee for quality of executed works.
The criterion of significant agreement arise from exceeding of 10% of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A.’s revenues from sale in last four fiscal quarters.
Legel ground of this current report is § 5 sec. 1 p. 3 of Regulation of Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securties and on conditions of recognition of information required by law of a non-member country as equal (Dz. U. No 33 from year 2009 pos. 259).
