Subject: Signing of an addendum to the Letter of Intent

Board Chemoservis-Dwory SA ("Company") pursuant to Article 56, paragraph 1, point 2 of the Act on Public Offering, the conditions for introducing financial instruments to organized trading, and Public Companies dated 29th July 2005 (Journal of Laws No. 184 item. 1539, as changed), gives to the public that on 4th  October 2010, the Board of the Issuer signed an annex on 1th October 2010 to the letter of intent concerning the exclusivity in negotiations in the subject of acquisition by Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. block of shares of K-PROTOS a.s. based in Kralupy nad Vltavou in the Czech Republic.

Pursuant to the provisions of the addendum, the exclusivity period was extended to 31 October 2010.
