Subject: Consolidated text of the Articles of Association Chemoservis-Dwory S.A.

Board Chemoservis-Dwory SA ("Company", "Issuer") announces the receipt of information on 5th October 2010 order of the District Court for Kraków in Kraków City Center, XII Division of the National Court Register, the signature file: KR.XII NS-REJ.KRS / 010678/10/069, after the diagnosis on 1th October 2010, the registration of amendments to the Articles of Association, established by the Notary Act-A No. 11113/2010 repertory was dated 30th August 2010 at an Extraordinary General Meeting. Due to the adopted resolutions on the issue of subscription warrants, conditional increase of share capital and amendments to the Articles of Association, and  it was necessary to amend the provisions of the Agreement the Company in § of the Issuer.

Accordingly, the Issuer shall attached a uniform content of the Company, taking into account the amendments made by order of the Court registrar.
