Subject: Allocation of Warrants entitling to subscribe for shares of series D

Management Board of the Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. ("Issuer", "Company") in relation to the resolutions adopted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of 30.08.2010 on Subscription Warrants and the conditional capital’s company increase, and as a result of reference to the report No. 81/2010 from 05.10.2010 a court order entered in the registry changes to the content Statute of the Company, decided to assign by way of private placement Subscription Warrants entitling to subscribe for shares of the Series D 59 500 000 (fifty nine million, fife hundred thousand) units of the following legal entities:

1. PETRO Mechanika S.A. based in Plock in an amount of 15.666.350 (fifteen millions, six thousand sixty-six, three thousand fifty) units.
2. PETRO Remont Sp. z o. o. based in Plock in an amount of 15.666.350 (fifteen millions, six thousand sixty-six, three thousand fifty) units,
3. PETRO Eltech Sp. z o. o. based in Plock in an amount of 15.666.350 (fifteen millions, six thousand sixty-six, three thousand fifty) units,
4. Fon Ecology S.A. headquartered in Plock in an amount of 12.500.950 (twelve millions fife
hundred thousand nine hundred fifty) unit.
