Subject: Solution by a Subsidiary  of the Issuer a significant agreement

Management Board of the Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. ("Company") announces, that received information from a subsidiary ZEN ZakÅ‚ad Energetyczny Sp.zo.o. based in DÄ…browa Górnicza, about the signed on 11.10.2010 agreement on the termination of the significant contract, which the Issuer announced of the current report No. 3 / 2010 from 11.01.2010. The agreement included the provision of production services for ArcelorMittal Poland S.A. established in DÄ…browa Górnicza in particular on:
 

• basic and auxiliary equipment of electric and energy industry, industrial automation and building,
• Installation of utilities.

For an indefinite period, and the force from 01.12.2009 the agreement, under the provisions of the signed agreement, ceased to have effect on 01.10.2010. Agreement on the date of termination, didn’t t meet the criteria of a significant agreement.

The legal basis of this report is § 5. 1 point 3 of the Regulation of the Minister Finance from 19.02.2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognition as equivalent of information required by the laws of a non-member state (Dz.U. No. 33 from 2009 poz. 259).
