(the "Company") to bring to the company Omenix Sp. z o. o. established Warsaw 12.500.950 units Subscription Warrants entitling to subscribe for the shares through a private placement of series D Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. allocated to the Company by the Issuer on 11.10.2010.
