Subject: Resignation from office manager
CHEMOSERVIS-DWORY S.A. ("Issuer", the "Company") informed that on 29.10.2010, the Supervisory Board of the Issuer adopted the resolution on appeal of that day former Member of Board Issuer-Director of Strategy and Trade - Mr. SÅ‚awomir Szata.
This resolution was taken of a composite of the day resignation from the Board of the Company by Mr. SÅ‚awomir Szata. The reason for the resignation are related to professional considerations relating to the selection of Mr. SÅ‚awomir Szata the President of subsidiary the Issuer: K-PROTOS a.s. based in Kralupy on Vltavou (Czech Republic).
This current report updates the information contained in RB 86/2010 from 22.10.2010 contained the appointment of manager Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. Member of the Board of the K-PROTOS a.s Company.
