Subject: Registration of Shares Series D Chemoservis-Dwory SA the National Depository for Securities

The Management of Board Chemoservis-Dwory Joint Stock Company ("Company") informed that on 22th November 2010, was notified about the adoption by the Board of National Securities Depository ("KDPW") Resolution No. 728/10 under which Board of KDPW decided to register in the National Depository for Securities 110.000.000 (one hundred and ten million) ordinary bearer shares of series D of Chemoservis-Dwory Joint Stock Company nominal value of 0,10 PLN (ten cents) each and give them a PLCHMDW00010, subject to decision by the company operating a regulated market, the introduction of these shares to trading on the same regulated market, which have been introduced other company's shares falling PLCHMDW00010.

Registration of shares will take place as indicated above, within three days of submission by the Company in the KDPW documents confirming that the company's regulated market operator decision to introduce these shares to trading on the same regulated market, which have been introduced other shares falling PLCHMDW00010, but not earlier than the date specified in the decision as the date of introduction of these shares to trading on that market.
