The Board of Chemoservis – Dwory S.A. (“the Issuer”, “the Company”) according to art. 70 sec 1 Act on informs than on December 10th, 2010 it received from PETRO Mechanika S.A. notification in mode art. 69, July 20th, 2005 on Public Offering and on conditions of introduction of securities  into organized system of trading an on public  companies (Dz. U. from year 2005, No 184, poz 1593, with changes) informs than on December 8th, 2010 that change in the share PETRO Mechanika S.A. total in share Chemoservis – Dwory S.A. share capital.

Before change had PETRO Mechanika of the Company’s  1.410.000 equity share of series A, 10.000.000 equity share of  series B and 5.470.000. equity share of series C (the same number of votes)which was equal to  14,46% in the Issuer's  share capital (rightly 18,64% total votes in Chemoservis – Dwory S.A.).

PETRO Mechanika S.A. has of the Company’s  1.410.000 share of series A, 10.000.000 equity share of  series B, 5.470.000. equity share of series C and 15.666.350 equity share of series D (the same number of votes) which is equal to  21,69% in the Issuer's  share capital (rightly 21,69% total votes in Chemoservis – Dwory S.A.).
