Subject: Transaction on shares conducted by person with access to confident information

According  to art. 160 sec. 4 Act from July 29th, 2005 on Trading the Board of Chemoservis - Dwory S.A. (the "Issuer", "the Company") informs that on December 14th, 2010 it received from persons under a duty concerning the shares of the Company, issued by the Issuer under the conditional capital increase.

The Board of Chemoservis – Dwory S.A. informs it received  from the member of the Supervisory Board Issuer’s included in the Management Boards and Supervisory Boards of the entities that have made the coverage of shares of the Issuer as a result of the above-described coverage.

A person did not consent to the publication of their personal data.
