The Board of the Chemoservis – Dwory S.A. („the Issuer”, „the Company”) according to art. 70 sec. 1 Act on Public Offering informs than on December 15th , 2010 it received from PETRO Remont Sp. z o.o. notification mode art. 69 act from July 29th , 2005 on Public Offering and on conditions of introductions of securities into organized system of trading on public companies (Dz. U. from 2005 No 184, poz. 1539 with changes) informs than the placing new series share on December 8th, 2010 that change in the share PETRO Remont total share in Chemoservis – Dwory S.A.  share capital causing them to break above 15% total votes.

Before changeing the threshold percentage was: 12.504.728 shares which is equal to 13,81% In the share capital Chemoservis – Dwory S.A. i 12.504.728 votes these shares.

At the date of the information PETRO Remont Sp. z o.o. has total: 28.171.078 shares which is equal to  18,77% in the share capital Chemoservis – Dwory S.A. and give 28.171.078 votes these shares.
