The Board of Chemoservis – Dwory S.A. („the Issuer”, „the Company”) according to art. 70 sec. 1 Act on Offering, informs that on December 17th, 2010 it received from Fon Ecology S.A. notification as follows:

„The Board of FON Ecology S.A. informs that on December 13th, 2010 it received from a subsidiary company Omenix Sp. z  o.o. based in Plock, Padlewskiego Street, No. 18C,  information about sale transaction on December 8th, 2010 outside a regulated market under a civil contract 7.000.000, (say: seven million) ordinary bearer D Series shares of the company Chemoservis – Dwory S.A. based in OÅ›wiÄ™cim at a price 0,53 PLN per share.

Through this buy-sell transaction company Omenix Sp. z o.o. reduced it’s involvement into Chemoservis – Dwory S.A. to 7.000.000 share (say: seven million) that is  4,66%. Before transaction, company Omenix Sp. z o.o. had 12.500.950 shares of the company Chemoservis - Dwory S.A., which representing 8,33% of the share capital and the same number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.

Omenix Sp. z o.o. inform that it doesn’t exclude buy-sell transactions which resulting in increase or decrease involvement in Chemoservis – Dwory S.A. in the period of next 12 months.

The Board of Omenix Sp. z o.o. inform Fon Ecology S.A. that between companies Chemoservis- Dwory S.A. and Omenix Sp. z o.o. there are no presonal ties".
