Subject: Information about nonconformity of Code of Best Practices of Companies listed at WSE (exclusion of one rule)
The Board of CHEMOSERVIS-DWORY S.A. in connection with § 29 p. 3 of the Stock Exchange’s Regulation informs that the Company will permanentny not apply rule of Best Practices of Companies listed at WSE, p. II pp. 2 in part concerning periodic reports (translation to english).
This decission was made due to high costs connected with translation of periodic reports.
