The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. hereby informs that on November 25th, 2008, its Supervisory Board, basing on the Issuer’s application agreed the short term loan of PLN 1,000,000 from ING BÅš S.A.. This approval has been given according to § 22 pkt. 2 ppkt. 10) of the Company Statue.
