The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. hereby informs that on November 27th, 2008, upon the Supervisory Board’s resolution number 43/2008/S.A., the Company signed PLN denominated overdraft agreement no 676/2008/00000150/00 with ING Bankiem ÅšlÄ…skim S.A.

According to the signed agreement, ING Bank ÅšlÄ…ski S.A. grants the Company overdraft of PLN 1 million. This overdraft will be used for financing of Issuer’s current operations.

Overdraft has been granted for the period ending on November 26th, 2009. Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. will be charged for interests according to the floating rate basing on one month WIBOR and bank spread.
