Message:

The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Issuer”) informs that on January 7th, 2010 it received information from subsidiary ZakÅ‚ad Energetyczny ZEN SpóÅ‚ka z ograniczonÄ… odpowiedzialnoÅ›ciÄ… with its registered office in DÄ…browa Górnicza Al. J. PiÅ‚sudskiego 92, about conclusion of agreement for supply of production services with ArcelorMittal Poland S.A. with its registered office in DÄ…browa Górnicza. The agreement, in connection with agreement signed on July 15th, 2009 with abovementioned Company, fulfills criterion of significant agreement with one contractor in last 12 months period.

The subject of the agreement:
The subject of the agreement from July 15th, 2009 are services of assurance of technical and technological efficiency of devices, installations, technical objects for Śląsko-Dąbrowski Zakład Energetyczny and other Product Departments of ArcelorMittal Poland S.A., in particular in range of:

• Basic and supplementary devices of electric and energetic branches.

• Energetic media instalations.

Significant conditions of the agreement:
Duration of the agreement:

The agreement is obligatory since July 1st, 2009 and is signed for undefined period with three month notice period.

Revenues:

Total annual revenues (excluding VAT) from abovementioned title are estimated for PLN 7 000 000,00 zł (PLN 35 000 000,00 for 5 year period).

Indication of recognition criterion:

The estimated total value of the agreement from July 15th, 2009 and of Agreement for supply of production services from December 1st, 2009 is PLN 8 439 616 per year (excluding VAT), (PLN 42 198 080,00 for five year period).

Legal ground of this report is § 5 sec. 1 p. 3 of Regulation of Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodical information published by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by law of a non-member country as equal (Dz. U. No 33 from year 2009 pos. 259).
