According to rule no I.pkt.2 of the Code of Best Practices of the Companies listed at WSE, the Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. hereby informs that upon the resolution of Shareholders Meeting of K-PROTOS a.s. from December 4th, 2008, Mr. Grzegorz Dobrowolski –Chemoservis-Dwory S.A.’ Chief Executive Officer, has been appointed for the position of the Board member at K-PROTOS a.s. with its registered office in Kralupy, Czech Republic. The only owner of this company is PETRO Mechanika Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in PÅ‚ock (100% shares of K-PROTOS a.s.), one of the three main Chemoservis-Dwory S.A.’s shareholders of (30,54 %). Called resolution has been proceeded after approval granted by Chemoservis-Dwory S.A.’s Supervisory Board, according to art. 380 § 2 of Trading Companies Code.
