The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Issuer”, „the Company”) in connection with current report no 11/2010 from January 15th, 2010 informs that the Prospectus connected with the Public Offering of 22.640.000 C series shares and with application to introduce to trading at the regulated market 67.920.000 transferable single subscription rights, no more than 22.640.000 C series shares and no more than 22.640.000 rights to C series shares will be published in electronic form on January 26th, 2010.
The Prospectus in electronic version will be available at the Issuer’s website: www.chemoservis.pl and Offerer website: www.wdmsa.pl Additionally, printed version of the Prospectus will be available since first day of subscription in the registered office of WrocÅ‚awski Dom Maklerski in WrocÅ‚aw, ul.
