According to § 34 ust. 1 pkt. 1) of Regulation of Ministry of Finance on current and periodical information from October 19th, 2005, the Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. hereby informs that on November 12th, 2008 it has received the National Depository for Securities’ resolution no 621/08, upon which 7,584,000 ordinary shares for holder, serie A with nominal value of PLN 0.50 (fifty grosz) each will be registered.

The shares will be registered at KDPW under the condition it will be allowed for circulation on the regulated market, in three days time from the day when Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. will submit documents confirming allowance for circulation on the regulated market at KDPW.
