Message:

The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Issuer”) informs that it received information from its subsidiary ZakÅ‚ad Energetyczny ZEN SpóÅ‚ka z o.o. with its registered office in DÄ…browa Górnicza, that on January 11th, 2010 abovementioned subsidiary had signed agreement for supply of production services with ArcelorMittal Poland S.A. with its registered office in DÄ…browa Górnicza.

The subject of the agreement are services of assurance of technical and technological efficiency of devices, installations, technical objects for ArcelorMittal Poland S.A.’s Batory Department, in particular in range of:

• Basic and supplementary devices of electric and energetic branches, industry and construction automatic equipment,

• Energetic media instalations.

Duration of the agreement:
The agreement is obligatory since December 1st, 2009 and is signed for undefined period with three month notice period

Revenues:
Total estimated value of the agreement (excluding VAT) for five years period amounts to PLN 14 130 000,00, which fulfills approved criterion of significant agreement

Legal ground of this current report is § 5 sec. 1 p. 3 of Resolution of Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by law of a non-member country as equal (Dz. U. No 33 from year 2009 pos. 259).
