Message:

The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory SA informs that on August 3rd, 2009 Chemoservis-Dwory S.A recognized information on signing of the annex sent by the Issuer on July 1st, 2009 to  ZAK SpóÅ‚ka Akcyjna with its registered office in Kedzierzyn Kozle, regarding change of the first stage of agreement completion date to August 21st, 2009. Change of date has been made due to fact that the Ordering side - ZAK SpóÅ‚ka Akcyjna – changed dates of installation stoppage.

Upon the agreement, which subject is realization of the investment task under the name:: Realization of modernization of absorption column D-201 junction including: designing, delivery and assembly of apparatus with pipe system on Synthesis Gas Works installation, the Company will receive reward of PLN 790 000,00 net + VAT.

Legal ground of this current report is § 5 sec. 1 point 3 of the Regulation of Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by the issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by the law of a non-member country as equal (Dz. U. Nr 33 z 2009 pos. 259).
