Message:

The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. informs that on August 3rd, 2009 negotiations with Bioagra-Oil with its registered office in Tychy, were finished with success, and main parameters of contract for conclusion of construction of metyloesther installation at works in Tychy, including range of services and financial conditions, were determined.

Beginning on August 4th, 2009 the performer’s representatives („the Company”) have access to construction field. The agreement for conclusion of construction of installation for Bioagra-Oil will be signed on August 6th, 2009. The value of agreement is PLN 18 million.

Signature of this agreement will mean significant increase of revenues, in comparison to previous periods.
