The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Issuer”, „the Company”) acting on the basis of § 103 sec.1 of Regulation of the Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by law of a non-member country as equal (Dz. U. No 33, pos. 259) („the Regulation”), publishes dates of publication of the Issuer’s periodical reports in year 2010.

1. Consolidated quarterly reports:

For Q4 2009 – March 1st, 2010

For Q1 2010 – May 17th, 2010

For Q3 2010 – November 15th, 2010
 

2. Consolidated semi-annual report for first half of year 2010 – August 31st, 2010

3. Consolidated annual report for year 2009 – April 30th, 2010

According to § 101 sec. 2 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish quarterly report for Q2 2010.
