Message:

The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. informs that on August 6th, 2009 agreement has been signed with Bioagra-Oil S.A. with its registered office in Tychy, ul. Przemyslowa 64. The subject of this agreement is conclusion of construction of Methyl-ester Works (“Works”), with planned production up to 200.000 tons of esters per year. The value of agreement is PLN 18 million + VAT.

Final date of agreement’s realization is up to October 31st, 2009. The Executor will receive from the ordering side 20% of remuneration, equal to PLN 3 600 000,00 net as advance.

To secure proper execution of the agreement in the guarantee period, the executor will pass to the ordering site bank guarantee for 15% of the agreement value. This guarantee will be valid for thirty six months. Total amount of agreed penalties may not exceed 10% of the agreement value.

The significant agreement criterion follows the exceeding of 10% of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. sales revenue in last four quarters.

Legal ground of this current report is § 5 sec. 1 point 3 of Regulation of Ministry of Finance on current and periodic information published by the issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by the law of a non-member country as equal (Dz. U. no 33 from year 2009 pos. 259).
