Acting on the bassis of § 5 sec. 1 point 22 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by the issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by the law of a non-member country as equal (Dz. U. No 33, pos. 259) the Board of CHEMOSERVIS-DWORY S.A. („the Issuer”, „the Company”), informs that on September 16th 2009 the Board of the Company passed the resolution on grating proxy to
Mr. Mariusz Wandor. The Proxy was granted as autonomous.
Information regarding qualifications and former positions, with description of job record of the newly appointed Proxy:
Mariusz Wandor has higher education. In 2002 he graduated at Transport studies at Politechnika ÅšlÄ…ska in Katowice with specialization Construction, Exploatation and Maintenance of Car Vehicles – topic of master’s thesis: Modelling of local dameges of sprockets for diagnostic purposes.
