According to Art. 56 sec.1 point 2 of Act from July 29th, 2005 on Public Offering and on conditions of introduction of securities into organized system of trading and on public companies, and in connection to the Extraordinary General Meeting from September 24th, 2009 and taken resolution about undivided part of profit for year 2008, the Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. informs the public audience about total sum of payments between the Company’s shareholders as dividend for year 2008, which amounted to PLN 815 040,00 (eight hundred fifteen thousand and forty zloty), and which was PLN 0,06 (six grosz) per one share.
In current report no 23/2009, the Issuer informed about passed dividend for year 2008 in amount of PLN 839.264,47.
According to resolution no 6 NWZ (September 24th, 2009), the Company’s Board informs that the remaining amount of difference between abovementioned sums, which is PLN 24 224, 47 (literaly: twenty four thousand two hundred twenty four zloty and forty seven grosz), forms undivided part of profit for year 2008, that will be assigned for the Company reserve capital.
