Message:
The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. ("the Issuer", „the Company”) publishes in attachment information received from obligated person, regarding transaction of sale of the Company’s shares.
In the same time the Board of the Company faire attention on the fact that the information was received from a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board, who is also a member of the Board of the entity that conducted transactions on the Issuer shares. The obligated person did not agreed on publication of its personal data.
