The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Issuer”, „the Company”) informs that on October 9th, 2009 the Company received information that
ZAK SpóÅ‚ka Akcyjnawith its registered office in
Kedzierzyn Kozle, signed annex actualizing the date of conclusion of first stage of works from 21.08.2009 to 24.08.2009. under realized agreement no 01/09/I-PM/MA/RD, which subject is realization of investment task named:
Realization of modernization of D-201 absorbing column cordcomprising of: project, realization, supply and assembly of apparatuses with piping on Synthesis Gas Factory installation.
Legal ground of this current report is § 5 sec. 1 point 3 of the Regulation of Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on information published by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by law of a non-member country as equal (Dz.
