According to § 34 ust. 1 pkt. 2) of Regulation from Ministry of Finance on the current and periodical reports from October 19th, 2005 the Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. hereby informs that the Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange, basing on the resolution no 852/2008 from November 19th, 2008 decided to allow 7,584,000 a serie ordinary shares for circulation on the main market. The nominal value of allowed shares is PLN 0.50 (fifty grosz) each.
