The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. ("the Issuer", „the Company”) publishes in attachment information received on January 15th, 2010 from obligated person, about transaction on the Company’s shares conducted on January 11th, 2010.
In the same time the Company’s Board faires attention on the fact that this information was received from a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board, who is also a member of the Board and the Supervisory Board of the entity that conducted transaction on the Issuer’s shares.
The obligated person did not agree on publication of its personal data.
