Message:
According to art. 160 sec. 4 of Act from 29 July 2005 r. on Trading on Securities, the Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. ("the Issuer", „the Company”) publishes attached information received from obligated person, about transaction of sale of the Company’s shares.
Additionally the Company’s Board faire attention on the fact that the information was received from a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board, who is also a member of the Supervisory Board of the entity that conducted transactions on the Issuer’s shares. The obligated person did not agreed on publication of its personal data.
