Message:

The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Issuer”, „the Company”) informs that in November 2nd, 2009 the Company and „SYNTHOS DWORY” Sp. z o.o. signed annex no 2 to service and maintenance agreement no 1/CH/2008 for supply of current, urgent and emergency repair (service) services for the ordering side, and exploitation service in mechanic and electric branches.

The annex includes change in settlements rules. Rate of pay per man-hour changes from PLN 18,41 (rate of pay including surcharge: PLN 31,50 + VAT) to PLN 17,53 (rate of pay including surcharge: PLN 30,00 + VAT) and therefore the decrease of monthly revenue is estimated for about PLN 55 000,00. Additionally period of realization is actualized from 01.01.2008. ÷ 31.12.2010 to 01.01.2008. ÷ 31.12.2011.

Estimated value of the agreement in 4-year period will reach about PLN 40 809 745,00 zÅ‚. Settlement of provided works is prepared on basis of pricemaking ingredients: rate for man-hour, indirect expenses’ surcharges, profits’ surcharges, prices of materials’ purchase, services – increased by purchase expenses’ surcharges.

Sides of the agreement reserved themselves the right to claim complementary compensation under general rules described in Civil Code, up to the value of suffered damage.

U. No 33 from year 2009 pos. 259).
